Of late, the largest sector of our business has been within the Debt Purchase Market, where we are able to deal with very high volumes of accounts for large Debt Purchase clients. We have helped compile portfolio reviews on expected success rates and quality issues, within books of debt that our clients are considering purchasing. This has been a major success for prospective buyers.

We are also the only company amongst our competitors to allow the Information Commissioners Office to make unannounced audits. We have structured Data Protection Procedures in place that are available to all of our clients. We also offer our clients the opportunity to audit us as agreed in the terms of our Service Level Agreement, ensuring peace of mind for both parties.
