We understand exactly what our clients require and we have developed a unique, tried and tested tracing service which enable us to deal with high volume instructions and ensure quality and accurate results.

Every tracing case is treated on its merit and is subject to the same internal trace procedure regardless of the quality of information supplied in the instruction. All trace reports are subject to a strict in house quality control programme before the result is sent to the client concerned.

Rapid Turnaround Time

Experience has shown that speed is of the essence. All cases are worked and then reported back to the client within 5 working days of receipt of instruction. Instructions can be processed in paper format or electronically by using PGP encryption.

Understanding Your Expectations

We understand what our clients expect from our results, Our vast experience with debt collection agencies has enabled us to supply our clients with the exact information needed in order to successfully collect the debt. We are aware how important it is for collection teams to make contact with debtors over the phone and we have invested heavily in the latest software to help obtain telephone numbers. Our skilled methods are also devised to obtain as many numbers from the debtor as possible. We never hold numbers back and where there is a number, we will supply it.

Each completed report will contain two or more detailed confirmations outlining why the subject is at the address. No trace reports will also contain additional information (if any found during our enquiries). Possible unconfirmed addresses are also supplied with a no trace report.

We offer a unique service with each trace, which places all 'no traces' under a constant review for up to 1 year from the date of the report. If the subject re-surfaces within the year then we will contact you detailing that the subject has reappeared at a new address and that we can now conduct further enquires at our standard trace fee.

All positive instructions will be entitled to our free re-check service for up to two months from the time of our report. If you receive 'gone away' mail or a definitive answer from the address which we have supplied, indicating that the debtor is not resident, you can send it back to us and we will look into it again for you free of charge.

Looking To Sue

We are able to conduct pre-sue/status enquires on debtors. 5% of our instructions consist of pre-sue/status traces and they are normally requested by our Debt Collection Solicitor and Mortgage Shortfall clients. Success rates for such instructions are relatively low but we do manage to achieve some outstanding results.
